About Me
Hi, I’m Morgan Yawn! I was born and raised in Dublin, GA, where I spent 37 wonderful years. After purchasing a home on the coast in 2014, I began spending more of my time here which led me to take the leap on becoming a full time resident in 2020.
The beauty, the lifestyle, and the sense of community here completely captured my heart, and I knew this was where I wanted to spend forever.
My passion has always been helping people become the best version of themselves, whether through my 18 years as a nurse or now as a dedicated real estate agent with Harris Real Estate Coastal Properties. I’ve always thrived on building relationships and guiding people through major life transitions, and there’s nothing more exciting than helping clients find their perfect home or make the best move for their future.
When I’m not working, I’m all about my family. My husband, Josh, and I have four incredible daughters who keep life exciting and full of adventure. We love being outdoors, especially on the water-boating, exploring, and making the most of this beautiful place we call home.
